Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Erebor Bank, NA has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Erebor Bank, NA does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Erebor Bank, NA doesn't jointly market.
Other Important Information
California. In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about California residents with nonaffiliates except as permitted by law, such as with the consent of the customer or to service the customer's accounts.
Vermont. In accordance with Vermont law, we will not share information we collect about Vermont residents with nonaffiliates except as permitted by law, such as with the consent of the customer or to service the customer's accounts.
For Alaska, Illinois, Maryland and North Dakota Customers. In accordance with applicable law, we will not share personal information with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing — without your authorization.
For Massachusetts, Mississippi and New Jersey Customers. In accordance with applicable law, we will not share personal information from deposit or share relationships with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing — without your authorization.
