Deposit Account Relationship 

This Deposit Account Relationship Agreement and any disclosures and agreements listed below or otherwise provided to you by Erebor Bank, NA (collectively, “Agreement”) establishes and governs your deposit account relationship with Erebor Bank, NA (“Bank,” or “us”) for the purpose of opening and maintaining one or more accounts and related services, now and in the future. “Company,” “you” or “your” means the legal entity or person that has applied for or has opened an account with us under this Agreement and the users authorized by you to use the account.

All accounts under this relationship will have the same ownership, rights at death, and parties except as otherwise agreed in a written form acceptable to us. You may establish additional relationships separately if, for example, you want an account under different ownership or having different parties or services.

By agreeing to the terms of this Deposit Account Relationship Agreement, the representative of the Company (i) certifies that (A) to the best of their knowledge, the accuracy of the information provided in connection with the Company’s account application regarding the Company’s beneficial ownership is true, accurate and complete in all respects, and (B) all other information provided to us in connection with the Company’s account application is true, accurate and complete in all material respects and (ii) authorizes us to investigate credit and employment history and obtain reports from consumer reporting agencies on them as individuals. This agreement shall not become effective until Bank has completed, to its satisfaction, all required customer due diligence, “Know Your Customer” and account onboarding processes and delivered notification to the Company, in writing (including by electronic communication) of its approval to open a deposit account. Except as otherwise provided by law or specific agreement, each of the undersigned is authorized to make withdrawals from all accounts under this relationship, provided any required number of signatures indicated above is satisfied.
